Gianluca Zambrotta expressed his enthusiasm for the new experience at Milan which is about to start: 'A fascinating adventure awaits me at Milan - he told Corriere Canadese - I return to Italy at a great club. In Spain I experienced two very positive years: we did not reach the objectives we aimed for, but we were unlucky.' On his former team mate Ronaldinho: 'He's a great player. Lately he's had some problems but he's always able to make the difference. He's already given a lot to football, and he can still be decisive.'
